  1. Importers who wish to enroll in RPP must provide financial security at the importer program account level.
  2. The financial security must be registered in the legal entity name associated with their business number.
  3. Enrollment is considered complete when an approved form of financial security is provided to the CBSA in compliance with their requirements.
