PARS Monitoring, Cargo Status, and Cross-Border Timing
PARS monitoring helps highway shipments move through the pre-arrival review process before the truck reaches the Canadian border. CBSA identifies PARS shipments through labels showing the letters “PARS.”

Some cross-border shipments may involve U.S. Customs and Border Protection, also known as CBP. CBP is separate from CBSA.
