Anti-dumping duty is active in accordance with Special Import Measures Act (SIMA) to importations of copper pipe fittings originating in or exported from the United States of America, the Republic of Korea and the People’s Republic of China and to the application of countervailing duties in accordance with the same section of SIMA to importations of certain copper pipe fittings originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, as a result of orders continuing a finding of injury by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT).
